Code Of Conduct

The United Scientific Forum is committed to providing safe and welcoming environments for all the participants in in the conference. To help provide a safe and productive environment for Participants, this Event Code of Conduct establishes minimum expectations of conduct for all individuals.

The Scientific Conference is dedicated to providing a respectful, harassment-free, and inclusive environment for all participants, regardless of their race, gender, disability, physical appearance, ethnicity, religion, or age. We value the diversity of views, expertise, opinions, and experiences reflected among all attendees.

Dress Code
Business Casual Attire

We expect, men might consider wearing a suit and tie, and women a cocktail dress or dressy separates

To ensure a professional and inclusive environment, we ask all participants to adhere to the following dress code guidelines. Your attire should reflect the professional nature of the conference while allowing for personal comfort.

Comfort and Professionalism: Choose attire that is comfortable yet professional. Consider layering to adjust to varying temperatures in conference rooms.

Moderation: Avoid overly casual clothing such as jeans, t-shirts, athletic wear, flip-flops, and sneakers.

Modesty: Refrain from wearing clothing that is too revealing or could be considered inappropriate for a professional setting.

Cultural Sensitivity: Be mindful of cultural differences and dress in a manner that is respectful to all attendees.

  • Expected Behavior
    • Respect and Courtesy: Treat all participants with respect and consideration, valuing a diversity of views and opinions. Be considerate and respectful in your speech and actions.
    • Inclusivity: Actively include and encourage participation from diverse perspectives. Support and welcome attendees of all backgrounds and disciplines.
    • Professionalism: Maintain a high level of professionalism at all times. Refrain from demeaning, discriminatory, or harassing behavior and speech.
    • Collaboration and Engagement: Engage actively and collaboratively in discussions, respecting the ideas and contributions of others. Provide constructive feedback and be open to new ideas.
    • Intellectual Property: Respect the intellectual property rights of others. Obtain permission before recording or distributing presentations or other materials.
  • Unacceptable Behavior
    • Harassment and Discrimination: Harassment, intimidation, or discrimination in any form will not be tolerated. This includes offensive comments, unwelcome sexual attention, and deliberate intimidation.
    • Disruptive Behavior: Disruption of presentations, sessions, or other events is unacceptable. This includes excessive talking, interrupting speakers, and disrespecting session timelines.
    • Inappropriate Conduct: Any form of inappropriate conduct, including sexual harassment, unwanted physical contact, or unwelcome sexual advances, is strictly prohibited.
    • Retaliation: Retaliation against participants for reporting unacceptable behavior or for participating in an investigation of such a report will not be tolerated.
  • Reporting and Enforcement
    • Reporting Violations: If you experience or witness unacceptable behavior, please report it immediately to conference organizers. All reports will be handled with discretion and confidentiality.
    • Investigations: Reports of violations will be investigated promptly and thoroughly. The conference organizers will take appropriate action in response to any report of unacceptable behavior.
    • Consequences: Participants found to have violated this code of conduct may be subject to disciplinary action, including warning, expulsion from the conference without a refund, and potential banning from future events.
