Poster Presentation
A poster presentation is an effective way to communicate research findings at conferences. 2nd Edition of World Congress on Pharmaceutical Research and Biotechnology welcome poster submissions from all areas of pharmaceutical research, including but not limited to drug development, clinical trials, pharmacology, biotechnology, and regulatory affairs. Presenting a poster at our conference is an excellent opportunity to gain recognition, receive feedback, and engage in meaningful discussions with fellow researchers and industry leaders.
Submission Guidelines
To submit your poster for consideration, please follow our detailed guidelines. Begin by submitting an abstract of no more than 300 words that outlines the objectives, methods, results, and conclusions of your research. Posters should be in portrait orientation and must according to the sizes specified by organizers. Ensure your poster is visually engaging with clear headings, concise text, and high-quality graphics or images. All poster abstracts must be submitted by 20-July, 2025.

To create an effective poster, ensure your title is clear and descriptive. Use high-quality graphics, charts, and images to make your poster visually appealing. Keep your content concise, using bullet points and short paragraphs to convey your message succinctly. Choose readable fonts and ensure all text is large enough to be read from a distance. Organize your content in a logical sequence, making it easy for viewers to follow your research narrative.
Poster Presentation Guidelines
Abstract Submission
- Length: Abstracts should be no more than 300 words.
- Content: Include the objectives, methods, results, and conclusions of your research.
- Submission Deadline: All abstracts must be submitted by [Submission Deadline Date].
- Format: Submit abstracts in a PDF or Word document format.
Poster Format
- Orientation: Portrait orientation.
- Size: Maximum size of A0 (841 mm x 1189 mm).
- Title: The title of your poster should be at the top, in a large, easy-to-read font.
- Author Information: Include the names and affiliations of all authors beneath the title.
- Sections: Organize your poster into clearly labeled sections such as Introduction, Methods, Results, and Conclusions.
- Fonts: Use readable fonts, with text size no smaller than 24 points for body text and larger for headings.
Design and Layout
- Visual Appeal: Use high-quality graphics, charts, and images to make your poster visually engaging.
- Color Scheme: Choose a consistent and professional color scheme. Avoid using too many bright colors that can be distracting.
- White Space: Ensure there is enough white space to avoid clutter and make your poster easy to read.
- Flow: Organize content in a logical flow, guiding viewers through your research narrative.
Content
- Conciseness: Keep text concise and to the point. Use bullet points and short paragraphs.
- Clarity: Ensure that all text, graphs, and images are clear and legible from a distance of at least one meter.

Presentation
